Booking & payment

How to book

Confirming your booking

  1. Step 1 Pay a deposit by bank transfer or card.
  2. Step 2 Send your full ID details, booking information and transfer receipt via Zalo, WeChat or WhatsApp to +84 868 891 105 (Candy Lin).

Cancellation

Within 48 hours of booking confirmation100% refund · one free change of dates

At check-in

Please provide full identification documents (ID card, passport or residence registration), plus documents or photos of any vehicle you keep at the property.

At check-out

We check the room together, and you settle any additional costs, if there are any.

Quiet hours
From 10 PM.
Hygiene
Please help keep shared spaces clean and dispose of rubbish in the right place.
Security
Keep your personal belongings safe and lock the door carefully when you go out.
Amenities
Please use the rolling door, dryers and luggage lift according to the house guidelines.
Pets
Let the host know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
Smoking
Please follow the rules on designated smoking areas.
Parties
No parties, festivals or karaoke.

Prohibited

The following are violations of criminal law:

  • Bringing explosives, flammable materials, prohibited substances, or goods and vehicles of unknown origin.
  • Moving or taking furniture and property from the rooms or anywhere at Tamundi Homestay, including other guests' belongings, without the consent of Tamundi Homestay.

Please tell us the exact number of guests staying.
Children
Free for children under 6. Children from 6 to under 11 are charged 50%.
Visitors
Let the host know in advance if you are expecting visitors.
